Data Collected

The contact form collects your name, email address and message. No other personal data is requested.

Purpose and Legal Basis

This data is used solely to answer your request (information, quote, model project). The processing is based on BP Bricks' legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is intended for BP Bricks only; it is never sold or transferred. It passes through two technical providers: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and form delivery) and Namecheap, Inc. (email), both located in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Retention Period

Your messages are kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. If a business relationship follows, the related documents are kept for the periods required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@bp-bricks.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
